    Light, moist sponge cake paired with smooth, mild milk cream. It’s simple, clean in flavor, and can be enjoyed on its own or with fillings/toppings. Compared to our chiffon, the sponge cake is what we’re most used to: soft, uniform, and classic in texture
    We also offer a gluten-free version made with 100% rice flour. Both versions share the same soft, fluffy, classic feel.
